Member Services

Member services include our Customer Service Department and Metering and Billing Department. 

Customer Service - When customers need assistance or have questions, our Customer Service Representatives (or CSRs) are on the front lines of communication.  CSRs are here to answer any questions customers may have about their service or bills and also take payments by phone or walk-in customers.  Our CSRs are very knowledgeable of our business and are able to gather valuable information from customers to better assist our Operations departments with troubleshooting and repairs.

Metering and Billing – Our Meter Technicians manually and electronically read meters for all of our members.  Meter Technicians are divided among the system by territory and are responsible for reading their territory routes.  They are also available to answer customer questions and can perform Energy Audits when needed to help members achieve maximum energy conservation.
Our Billing Clerks work to ensure that accurate billing is sent to the members in a timely manner.  With over 23,000 meters in our system, our Metering and Billing Department is an extremely vital part of our organization’s functionality.
