But the most valuable learning happens through informal mentoring and guidance from your colleagues every day.  Mid-South is a place where continuous growth is required.  We want our employees to strive for their full potential and we want to help them get there.

Training Programs

Mid-South understands the importance of continuing education and we make employee training a top priority.  Employees are encouraged to reach their educational goals and Mid-South is here to help.  In additition to formal on the job training, we partner with South Plains College and Bismarck State College to help employees earn Associates Degrees through online courses.  If you have other educational goals or have already begun a track at another institution, Mid-South will work with you on achieving those goals as well through our tuition assistance program.
