REQUEST SERVICE AT EXISTING LOCATION

When you need service at a location that had Mid-south service before, complete a Electric Service Application and provide payment of the following fees:

• Deposit – based on commercial load analysis
• Connect fee - $25 (non-refundable)

* For bigger commercial loads, please fill out the load analysis submittal form
