New Members - Request Service at Existing Location

REQUEST SERVICE AT EXISTING LOCATION

When you need service at a location that had Mid-south service before, complete a Electric Service Application and provide payment of the following fees:

§ Membership fee - $75 (non-refundable)

§ Deposit – based on commercial load analysis

§ Connect fee - $25 (non-refundable)

* For bigger commercial loads, please fill out the load analysis submittal form

Complete a commercial load analysis form and submit for review.
