Troubleshoot and maintain current network systems. Administer and provide support for various key network systems including; email, remote VPN/dial-up access, intranet/extranet hosting, LAN/WAN. Install, Upgrade and maintain network hardware, operating systems and software as needed. Execute enterprise deployments of updates, releases, patches and fixes. Citrix experience a definite plus. Monitor and administer the network, documenting configuration and design. Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems. Manage storage usage, network printing and internet access. Establish network user accounts, user environments, directory structures, access rights and AD security. Respond to the needs and questions of the Help Desk and users concerning their access to resources on the network. 5 years of experience supporting a medium sized network of servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies. Demonstrated knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products. Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies. Demonstrated knowledge of dealing with varieties of Cisco routers (2800, 3600, 3700, 7200, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously. Mid-South Synergy has one position open in our Accounting Department at our Navasota branch. Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field. Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in Accounting and/or General Bookkeeping and a solid overall knowledge of Accounting. Must possess excellent computer skills, experience in AR/AP, general ledger, and payroll. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Experience with accounting software necessary. Staking Technician is responsible for surveying, staking & designing electrical distribution lines. Position meets and assists consumers; stakes electric lines/services, performs cost estimates and prepares job orders using a design software program. High school diploma and three years of experience in surveying or closely related work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Knowledge of basic surveying principles, practices and methods. Knowledge of drafting. Knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, algebra and other basic mathematical calculations used in surveying, engineering and drafting. Knowledge of maps, deeds, plats, and plans. Must have very good PC skills. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word is required. .Experience in Auto-CAD is preferred but not required. Must have solid customer service and communication skills. Construction knowledge/experience, electric utility operations experience and/or familiarity with RUS construction standards desired but not mandatory. GIS experience is a plus.
