Rate Changes Effective November 1, 2007

Due to the rising costs incurred by Mid-South in its operations, on September 27, 2007, the Cooperative considered and approved a Proposed Rate Change to become effective November 1, 2007, with the first billing in December, 2007.

In accordance with the Texas Utility Code, notice of the Rate Change is to be given to you at least 30 days prior to its effective date. Additionally, you are to be given an opportunity to meet with the Cooperative prior to the effective date.
