Synergy Sense is more than just “Going Green.” It is Mid-South’s balanced approach to encourage and educate our members and community about making wise choices when it comes to energy use and the environment. Our co-op was founded by the original conservationists: farmers and ranchers who depended on this region’s rich resources for their livelihood. Being good stewards was important to them because it sustained their way of life and guaranteed their success. Even though the landscape is changing with our increasing growth, the same philosophy holds true today. Our success depends on our natural resources. When it comes to quality of life and economic health, our attitude towards the long-term stability of our resources is vital. By using new technology, sound conservation activities and keeping an environmentally balanced attitude, we can work together on initiatives for a better community and world.
