Local Presence

Mid-South Synergy has its local presence in the community that allows you to come by the office to pay your bill (check, cash or credit card), make changes to your account and apply for service. Our local offices are staffed by local people who are committed to service in all that we do.

Remember to bring your bill stub with you when you make a payment

When you stop by to pay your Mid-South Synergy bill, they will electronically process your payment immediately and provide you with a receipt. Allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be posted to your account.

You can walk into any of our offices from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or drop your payment (check only) in our night drop box before or after regular office hours.
