Existing Members - Request Service at Existing Location

When you need service at a location that had Mid-south Synergy service before, the following steps will apply

Step one
• Complete an Electric Service Application and fax or come by one of our three local offices with a copy of your drivers licence with the following fees:
■ Deposit (if required)
■ Connect fee - $25 (non-refundable)

Step two
• Once all the fees are paid, allow 5 to 7 business days for the service to be connected
• Once service is connected, regular billing will commence.
