Youth Tour

Youth tour is an excellent opportunity for our youth to learn about our government in action. Over 1,400 students from rural electric cooperatives across America travel to Washington to learn about our nation’s history and its politics. The deadline for videos to be received at the Navasota office of Mid-South Synergy is 5:00pm, March 1, 2012

Who is Eligible?

• High School Juniors or Seniors that live in the Mid-South Synergy service area.

What must I submit?

• Youth Tour Application form
• A creative five minute speech on a video on
  “Without electricity, how would your day-to-day life be different?”

What do I receive if I win?

• Free Trip to Washington D.C
• $1000.00 scholarship
